A new format for encounters, dialogue and shared curiosity
The date has been set:
On Saturday, 7 March 2026, at 3 p.m., we cordially invite you to our first virtual members' get-together.
Participation is straightforward - whether via computer, tablet or smartphone:

You can see and hear the other participants directly, ask questions, participate or simply listen - almost as if you were sitting at a table together.
Club Daguerre thrives on personal dialogue.
From encounters at the annual meeting, from discussions at workshops, from spontaneous conversations between breakfast and the late end of the day.
With the virtual regulars' table, we want to take up and expand this spirit. Not as a replacement for our on-site meetings, but as an additional opportunity to stay in touch with each other - especially for members who live further away or are not always able to travel.
A special start with Harald Goergens
Harald Goergens is organising the first regulars' table to mark the republication of his book Vredeborch by Edition Club Daguerre.
The focus will not only be on the content of the book, but also on background information, personal experiences and insights that can only be heard in direct conversation. It is precisely these lively nuances that make a regulars' table so appealing.
Planned programme
- Welcome and short introduction - approx. 5 minutes
- Thematic contribution / reading - approx. 20 minutes
- Discussion and interview - approx. 10 minutes
- Open questions and discussion - without a fixed end
The focus is deliberately on a joint exchange.
Not just a frontal lecture, but a dialogue - as open as you would expect from a regulars' table.
Note on the recording
By participating, you agree to a recording as part of the club documentation. It goes without saying that we will handle the material with care and caution and would like to record the thematic part of the Stammtisch so that it can later be made available to those members who are unable to attend live.
Technology test in advance - try it out at your leisure
For all those who would like to test the format in advance, we offer a non-binding date:

Here you can try out the camera and microphone, ask questions or simply gain some initial experience. As a rule, a smartphone is all you need - without any special preparation.
A meeting without coffee and cake?
To be honest: unfortunately, we can't yet transmit the aroma of fresh coffee and a slice of cake digitally.
But everyone brings good conversation, interest, curiosity and a bit of a regulars' table atmosphere with them. And that's exactly what matters.
