Annual meeting - practical tips

Our Members' Meeting 2026 will take place in Mannheim from Friday, 28 August to Sunday, 30 August 2026. You are very welcome to arrive on Thursday, 27 August, but there is no specific programme planned for Thursday; many members will certainly meet for dinner at the hotel.

We will be staying at the Mercure Hotel at Friedensplatz 1 (68165 Mannheim), which is centrally located and can be reached directly by tram from the main railway station. The single room costs 79 euros/night including breakfast, the double room 89 euros. Car parking is available on site (15 euros/day).
