Annual Meeting Freiburg 2025 - Programme and information

From 29 to 31 August 2025, we will be meeting in the sunny Breisgau metropolis of Freiburg - a charming city with historical flair, winding alleyways, a cathedral, streams and a lively cultural life.

We have prepared a varied programme that combines socialising, interesting insights and photography in a special ambience.

Please remember:

• Hotel booking at the IntercityHotel: can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival
• Rail travel with Sparpreis ticket: can be cancelled up to 1 day before departure for a fee of €10

For new registrations, please specify:

• All participants
• Date of arrival
• Participation in the dinner after the reception (yes/no)
• Visit to the photo museum in Emmendingen (yes/no)

This will enable us to coordinate places, guided tours and all organisational details in the best possible way - so that everyone can enjoy an all-round successful meeting.
