International Film Exchange CINEMATOGRAPHICA near Deidesheim

For over four decades, CINEMATOGRAPHICA has been Germany's only film technology fair and a fixed date for all those who are enthusiastic about analogue film. It is organised by the 3F Deutsches Museum für Foto-, Film- und Fernsehtechnik in Deidesheim an der Weinstraße. In 2025, the fair attracted around 300 visitors from all over Germany and other European countries - in the morning, there was hardly any room in the aisles.

You won't find anything like it anywhere else: film cameras and projectors of all formats, films for sale from 8mm to 35mm, fresh Super 8 material in colour and black and white, processing equipment, spare parts, specialist literature, film posters, trailers and cinema memorabilia. Film technology specialists will be on hand to offer advice, and equipment or films brought along can be offered directly to the dealers for purchase or exchange.

New location, same spirit: The "Paradiesgarten" town hall in Deidesheim is not available due to fire safety regulations. The 46th edition will therefore take place in the Niederkirchen community centre, just 3 km away. Same size, car park right outside the door, accessible by bus from Deidesheim station. As usual, the club's own catering will be available in the anteroom to satisfy the small collector's hunger.

And for those who are already there: the 3F Museum in Deidesheim displays over 5,500 exhibits from all eras of photography, film and television technology on 400 m² - one of the largest collections of its kind in Europe. From the Erneman tower projector to the Ermanox, from early cinema technology to the television studio. Stock exchange and museum in one day - it's worth it.

Sales area (175 × 70 cm): € 35 per unit, from 3 units € 30. If you pay in advance by the registration deadline on 4 April: € 30 or € 25 for 3 or more units. Each exhibitor receives 2 admission tickets, the hall opens at 8 am.
